the world that we're living in
the more you try to change something, the more it stays the same.
i learned it the hard way. well we all do, once in a while.
fishy as it may sound, but the failure to coin our actions suited to the word "solidarity" and subsequently behaving to its exact meaning gets somewhat disturbing these days. here's the irony though, we eventually do exercise it with consummate skill. yet, it seems totally antagonising to exert ourselves to a point beyond where nature takes us.
moving on to that peace in our minds, a mood of change within will hobble the situation, almost definitely. as it is now, im getting on mighty fine with the daily dose of intelligencer. that should tell you how i'd been spending my time.
every once in a while, i get a rare opportunity to take a peek at the sophisticated components of the daily financial papers. i was forced to predict a crisis coming up alongside the recent trends of focus allocation. upon second thought, i concluded that the potential of its occurrence seems almost inevitable. we have the chinese turning towards world peace as though they've made enemies following their respectable position gain in the global markets. if you still figure it ain't that big a deal by now, try searching for the tag line "made in china", you'll get what i mean. seems to me these people know their shit. a chinese leader commented not too long ago that the soviets made weapons that were as powerful as any in the west. they just invested too much into military technology at the expense of general technology and the civilian economy. try assigning your kids with the best brains with the best physique to the most unproductive sector of the economy and you'll know where you end up.
this brought some light to how we usually allocated our time and resources. we only get one shot these days, believe it or not. if you'd been keeping with the headlines, the dude who won us the first gold medal via archery in the recent games, one shot. bush with his "war on terror", one shot. blair (b-liar) with his criticisms-turned-compliments, one shot. we have to put that best foot forward, almost all the time. you never know when the time is up, to take that shot.
article of the day: "finance: the must-have degree". a calling to the allocation of resources on my part i suppose.
let's see, where do i start?
